Prevent Caller From Dialing EXT while on hold/waiting in queue.We have a call queue in place; while waiting in the call queue, a caller was able to dial out to an extension.

    I agree with Allan, this is totally a bug. RC, please fix ASAP!!

    With Dial by Name Directory off in our tenant, how is this a feature? To me, this is a bug that needs to be addressed and to prevent customers from randomly reaching people. Allowing callers to dial an extension out of a call queue looks like it can mess up metrics for members of the call queue showing "Answered elsewhere" as well.
