Please include a feature to call monitor multiple users to monitor one user at the same time

Extremely critical. New hire sales team members need to monitor all calls for our veteran team members. This is critical to their development and needs implememntation.

NEED THIS!! My new sales guys need to listen in on one of our top performers on the phone call but they cannot do this bc only one person can monitor a user at a time! Please implement immiedietly!!
