customer want to change dial by directory default prompt audio .the audio indicating how to select letters in the phone keypad

It is very confusing to the caller to be asked again to be connected to the dial by directory. It makes it seem you were not connected the first time. It will equal a lot of hang up calls and frustrated clients.

Does anyone else think that it is absolutely ridiculous that the dial-by-name directory audio instructions are not crystal clear to any caller? And this has been "under review for TWO YEARS?

We need to support Spanish speaking callers, so either a dial-by-name in Spanish, or as an alternative, a custom announcement or prompt.
