Change Schedule for entire user call queue, user extension and company schedule
Hi Please include a feature were end user can change the schedule for the entire account all at once, call queue user extension and company settings

Yes, Business hours should be as mentioned business hours. This should be global. If there are specific departments then those can be changed manually. It is very confusing to have business hours and that not actually be the source of truth.
