Call Queue Dialed Number Connecting To External Number
RingCetral number reflecting when being dialed then connects to call queue then being answerred by the external number, right now when we call our RingCentral number that was connected to call queue then being transferred to external number it still shows the caller phone number.

When an officer misses an incoming call routed through the call queue, their device logs the original caller's personal number. If the officer attempts to return the call, they dial the customer directly from their personal line without realizing it was originally a business inquiry.

For me this is critical, when oncall and we have the number come through, we need to have a common number we can allow to punch through do not disturb. In addition, helps when trying to screen spam calls.
