Attaching pdfs to the text messages
When quoting clients for insurance, I would like to be able to attach a pdf of their quote for them to have, and then message them the quote.

OMG, obviously important. ALL real estate documents are PDF and agents regularly need to communicate them to other agents. Just today I wanted to quickly send a 2 page Survey (pdf) to a buyers agent (I'm the seller agent), immediately after I got it from the survey company. I JUST FOUND OUT MY EXPENSIVE, TOP TIER REAL ESTATE PHONE SYSTEM FOR ALL MY AGENTS WILL NOT SEND REAL ESTATE DOCS OVER SMS. WTH! How is this not a feature when SMS systems CAN do file attachment. RingCentral get this solved or we will be switching systems for our national group.

For tagging: A feature in which we can attach files when sending SMS let`s say PDF format

cx did call us informing that they want to send sms with an attachment of a pdf file or any file type however they don't have option to attach it. we informed cx that we dont have yet that option so maybe you can consider adding such feature in the future.
