Requesting to limit the callers to the IVR keypress options only in order to avoid callers connecting to an existing user extension if they randomly dial numbers while connected to an IVR extension.

Need toggle for IVR to ignore all key presses 0-9 if not specifically programmed in each IVR object. We have extensions 1-9 assigned to users (bad practice, and really should be restricted for IVRs in RC) and are getting accidental transfers to user extensions because main IVR is programmed only for keypresses for 0, 1, 2, 3, 9. Some accidental choices in IVR, such as when someone presses 8, and there is an extension 8, so call goes to the user assigned Extension 8.

It is odd that the system would dial a valid extension if there was not a key defined for that in the IVR. Why wouldn't it say it is not a valid option?
