Call queue call notifications, while busy
The suggestion is to add an option, which allow call queue calls to be notified, even if the user is busy. We have the following example, provided by one of our customers: While on a call with their colleagues, the emplyees are missing external calls, which are more important to them.

From a sales perspective, reps need the ability to place a current call on hold and answer a new incoming call from a certain "high value" call queue.

Another reason for this i received from two different customers is - if i know that a new call coming in from a VIP queue, i can choose to hang up / put on hold the call i am on, and take the VIP call.
Or vice versa, if i am on a VIP call, i can see that a not important call is coming in and ignore it - let it wait in the queue.
