Call Recording that continues after Transfer
It's really an issue. We have gatekeepers that field initial calls, and then transfer to the appropriate rep. The problem is that the call recording STOPS at the transfer. That is just crazy. We need this fixed asap!

We are disappointed to learn that call recording is only available for direct calls to a user's extension. We need the ability to record all inbound calls to our scheduling and billing departments. This is essential for quality and training purposes.
