Voicemail Greeting associated with mailbox
With previous systems when setting up a message only voicemail box the greeting was associated with the mailbox itself. This setup allowed for only recording the greeting once regardless of how many hunt/ring groups were direct to that mailbox. We are a new install and am just now finding out this is not the case on RingCentral so for the past several months callers have been hearing the name of the ring group as opposed to an actual greeting. It would be nice to have the option of using the greeting of the mailbox or the greeting associated with the ring group. I do see the benefit of having a greeting associated with a ring group but for the most part we would use only one greeting.
