Disable user's delete SMS history button/icon

To avoid accidental deletion of important SMS in the RingCentral App Desktop/Mobile.

    This is a very Critical and Important option and should be available for only Admin and monitor if any messages are deleted from the user so Yes this option should already be available in RC!

    How is it possible that this is not an option right now? Employees should not have the ability to delete text messages without the appropriate user rights.

    Hi can you please add this feature . this is very important for us to track any misuse of customer payments for our business . employees can text personal payment methods which we want to track & if they are not able to delete the SMS , it will help us, avoid them sending personal payment method from official channel .

    It is way to easy to accidentally delete text. These text are important for my business to run correctly. There is no way to get them back, even if I have a back up. It is so frustrating.
