Needs to have way to receive an SMS Msg across multiple extensions....A bank can only send 2FA to one phone number but more than one use...
...r may need access to that 2FA code. A bank sends 2FA code via SMS. The same person in an accounting firm might not be loggin g in each time....the code needs to go to one of 3 or 4 extensions rather than the one person who isn't available today.

Copying my own response to RingCentral survey on this topic:
There needs to be a way for multiple users to have access to the text/fax feature of a central/shared line. As a CPA firm, we get multi-factor codes for our client accounts when logging in. Since switching from Vonage, we are now forced to have our front desk person tethered to sending out these codes throughout the day. Vonage handled this feature flawlessly, but were forced to switch to RingCentral when the FCC created that awful registry of business texting companies. This feature should be simple - let's make it happen.
