iMessages to work on RC app
Unable to receive SMS sent from iMessages to the RingCentral app.

Was told text messaging would work with RingEX, now that we have switched to RC am being told will need to upgrade to RingCX to receive messages from iphones. Very misleading. Should be able to receive messages from iphones as SMS. Don't need blue bubble just need to get the message.

Seems fraudulent for RC to not notify iPhone users that even after getting TCR finalized, the RC app for texting. This is a question that should be asked of clients or potential client prior to porting over a phone number from an iPhone.

iMessage is a proprietary Apple product and will never work with any other system due to Apple's anti-consumer and anti-competitive nature.
