Allow dialing 811 numbers in the US and Canada

Customer requires the ability to call 811 intheir local area. This customer is a regional water authority and calls 811 almost daily to check on dig sites. This is applicable to many utilites, construction and government customers.

    We are a plumbing company who recently joined RingCentral. One of our main tasks is digging to repair water and drain lines. It is critical that we are able to contact 811 to prepare for our clients' projects.

    It would be useful to allow the option to dial 811. We are a construction company and use this site quite frequently.
