Self Service Custom Configs (Poly)
Customer would like access to create, upload, and manage their own custom configs for their Poly devices instead of relying on SEs or PS or support for ongoing MACD as their requirements evolve.

Please also implement this for Yealink phones. The newly release key templates feature has broken local config on the phones, so no local changes are retained on device re-provisioning.
