Role+Site Domain: Hide Other Sites in Analytics, IVR Menus
I have had several customers over the years request this, but especially pertaining to larger accounts with many sites. This customer is just the most recent to bring this up.If a user has access to auto-receptionist & analytics (for example, phone system admin) and assign them to a specific site(s)/role domain, that user can still see IVR menus for other sites and also see every other site in Analytics. This can cause a lot of confusion for the end user:1. They can see the IVR menus of other sites, but they are greyed out to where they cannot edit them. If the customer has 100s of IVRs, then the user has to filter through and find the IVR's for their site(s). Per customer feedback, it doesn't make sense to show them these other IVRs. 2. They still have access to view analytics for the entire account. Again, if they have 100s of sites / 1000+ users, this adds extra work for them to locate what they need to see and what their administrators want them to see. Creating subscriptions could help solve, but what each site wants to view for KPIs could be different. Sometimes multiple reports would be needed for each site. This could add up to a lot of work.It would be nice to restrict view to only the user's role domain. We hide other site's call queues, devices, etc in the portal - why not IVRs/Analytics?
