"Apps" tile to have its own security permissions/decouple it from "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation"
The request is to decouple the "Apps" permission from "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation" and assign it its own unique security role permission.
Current limitations: The "Apps", "Workspace", and "Message" tiles are all tied to the "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation" permission. There is no way to provision security role access to "Message" without also showing them "Apps" and "Workspace."
A related feature request would be to decouple the "Workspace" permission from "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation" and assign it its own unique security role permission that is separate from the one for "App" and "Message."

Use case: The customer is using RingCentral for phone-only services right now and wants to gradually roll out "Message" capabilities to targeted user groups. The larger intention here is to move the company off of Teams for collaboration. The customer does has a tight data retention policy and will only keep 24 hours of RC App content. The "Workspace" tile in the RC App servers has no constructive purpose for the customer and is causing confusion with pilot users.Current limitations: The "Apps", "Workspace", and "Message" tiles are all tied to the "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigation" permission.
