Customer should have the option to forward RC Fax number to the External fax number for RC Fax account

Currently, I am assigning to staff to download from current fax bucket, then upload to another bucket before they’re able to fax it out to another number. I am running a primary care physician office. It gives you how important is this task to be automatized in in the providing a timely care to my patience
