Set a Background Image on the Desk Phones through Admin Portal
Need to have an option on the Admin Portal to upload a custom image for desk phone background rather than setting it up manually through actual phone settings or phone web interface.

Agreed with Andy - it'd be one thing if even while the background couldn't be configured centrally, we were still able to configure it manually on each phone. It'd be a pain, but at least it'd be an option. To have that change undone with every phone reboot though by RingCentral, when RingCentral doesn't even have a reason to touch that parameter since the admin portal doesn't allow for control of it, is ridiculous. If you're going to keep us from using the features of the phones themselves, then you need to provide a way to utilize those features through RingCentral itself... otherwise, leave the parameter alone when configuring on boot.

If you can't Set a Background Image on the Desk Phones through Admin Portal then don't overwrite the parameter phone_settings.backgrounds in the config file!
