Disable Incming SMS Only

The customer has an idea for a feature where they can request to disable the inbound SMS only.

    In particular, it would be nice to be able to disable SMS to our "Main" numbers. Our customers are texting our Main Phone number, which isn't monitored and can be difficult to determine who or what the text is referring to when it comes to our main number.
