Disable dial pad pop out
Is there a way to prevent the dial pad from popping out of the Ring Central App when making a call? I would rather it stay in the Ring Central app and not pop out into it's own little window.

I'm seeing this now as well. The previous behavior was to have the popout only happen when a call was taking place. Now it's all-or-nothing, which is rather unhelpful when using a touchscreen monitor.

This is driving me crazy! the last update disabled this option. Hours and hours with customer service and they just had me go around in circles. waste of time. They had no idea what I was talking about or why it's so important. Another classic example of software developers that never use their own product.

Before the latest update, you could view the Dialpad along with the Calls, Voicemail, Recordings, or HUD. Now you can only view them simultaneously if you us pop out windows which is not ideal.
Also, you can no longer see Call Queue and HUD at the same time, you have to click a dropdown to toggle between them.
