Ability to Turn Off Infinite Call Looping
The customer wants to have the ability to be able to have the call be routed to the same extension more than two times instead of playing an error message and then disconnecting the call

We have ran into this issue as well when having an IVR that gives the option to return to hold on a call queue or go to voicemail. If the customer tries hold twice and then voicemail for the same Queue, it disconnects them with technical error due to loop.
