So if a manager delegates their calls to their assistant, then the assistant can’t make a direct call out from RingCentral with their name on the caller id? Every call is going to be “on behalf of” their manager?
It just seems this could cause misrepresentation, and there should be a dropdown/button/option to switch off that caller id with each outgoing call.The second user should not have all of their calls sent "on behalf of" their manager. This should definitely be an option.
