Limited Extension Addition feature
For Limited Extensions to have an option to set to Ring at Once like a standard user extension. Also, to have the option setup a ring group for limited extension.

Allow limited extension in pickup groups and call groups. We have several phones in areas just for access so they don't need full licenses.
