Personal Contacts Group Not showing in ring central app
This should be available so i can send text to a group i created on the web under contacts-personal-groups.

The Contacts: "Teams" functionality is equivalent but causes users to be INVITED which is not desirable. Professionals want to group their contacts according to their personal preference without notifying the contact.
