multiple different outbound caller ID options via presence on desk phones
should be able to set specific numbers on each presence keys for outbound calls on just one phone.

We are in the hospitality sector... multiple motels... each with a phone number... when our operations team or our reservations team reach out to guests they need to reach out for the property where the guest is located, not at our general number. Prior software we had this... unfortunately it was a feature we went through the sales cycle insisting that we needed and low and behold now that we have all of the numbers ported our only option on our desk phones is to jump into settings prior to each call to change it or to use yet another app on our desk... Extremely disappointing that a phone system so feature rich does not have this basic functionality for multi line desk phones.

We have multiple office and multiple lines. My phone.com service allowed to have two lines on the desktop phone and I could call out from either. I'm really surprised that RC doesn't allow this feature. Phone.com is much less-featured than RC so why not a second line?

Not having to use a desktop app, when one already has 12 screens open is critical. I would appreciate the opportunity to be able to just push (line 2) when I dial out from a one particular line.....with line one being my primary my clients know.
I can't believe this is not an option. Even if I needed to get a different phone for this service it would easily be worth it.
