RingCX unmute author
Hello RingCX Developer Team.
Good day. I am sending a feature request to have the Author be unmuted by the Admins in a much easier way. Currently, there is no way to find and change the muted Author, by filtering whether they are muted or not. This is kind of difficult fot tyhe users and Admins to look for any accidentally muted authors.As of this time, the only way to do it is ,checking like specific categories or channel and time the message came in, and they could try and filter by those. This is eating time to search for a muted Author, in which you are to hunt each thread, if it was accidentally muted, not knowing the name of Author, Channel, Time the message came in.
