Shared Contact Addition
Implement a functionality that allows users to manually add contacts, which are then automatically synchronized and added to the contact lists of other designated users within the organization.
Benefits:
- Streamlined contact management across teams
- Reduced duplication of effort in maintaining contact lists
- Improved consistency of contact information

Proposed Implementation:
- Add a "Shared Contact" option when creating new contacts
- Allow users to specify which groups or individuals should receive the shared contact

- Provide options for editing and removing shared contacts with appropriate permissions

I second what Tracy has stated in this thread as well. This would be an AMAZING enhancement to the software and very helpful to my entire company. I would consider adding a toggle on/off switch or "permission" layer to the admin dashboard to "sync organization contacts" as some users inside or across different organizations might not benefit from the combination of them all.

We have offsite associates that work only through workorders so we hide their contact information from our company directory, HOWEVER, it would be amazing if a contact list of these hidden associates could be maintained through the admin portal and only shared with those who would be granted permission to see it. Right now, 1/2 the workers use their cell phones instead of RingCentral for this reason.
