Force Acknowledge Temporary Number Message on Port In
When you select an TN from the "Assign To" list, it populates that TN in the "Placeholder number" field. The "i" gives the message in the attached that says, "This is the number you've selected to be replaced on the port-in date. It's either a temporary number we've generated for you or an existing number you no longer need. After your order is complete, the number will be permanently deleted." The only thing that could be done to ensure the customer sees it, is to auto pop-up that warning window and force them to click / acknowledge that they've seen it. I know PM is looking at technical alternatives to the temp number swap / license activation process that could help this in the future, but today temporary numbers are required with an assigned license that get swapped when the customers preferred number for that workflow / license is ported-in and activated.
