Fax transmission result for failed fax
Customer would like to get more details on the fax transmission result especially if it's a failure, she would like to have a details on why faxes are failed - the factors contributing to failure

Adding the fax details will make the sender decide a better alternative than resending the fax. For example, if we add "Fax busy", the sending will not immediately resend the fax. If we add "fax sent - no fax" this will signal the user to call the recipient and confirm receipt of faxes instead of resending multiple times. This made our clients angry since resending will consume more fax time for the clients and will limit their ability to receive other incoming faxes. Adding the details on the fax failure transmission report will also lessen the frustration of the fax sender.
