The External Shared Contacts Directory integration does not show the contact's name on incoming calls.
Please enable this feature when possible.

I feel like this is a huge missing feature. Being able to see a name or customer of who is calling is something RingCentral are do not currently have. My nokia from 30 years ago was able to save names into an address book. It'll be good to upload a list from an excel spreadsheet.

This is a feature "Global Address book with Caller Name display" we asked about when we first joined many years ago.
