Replacement shipped immediately without any temporary or upfront charge.
An agreed return deadline will be set (e.g., 15 business days from shipment).
If the faulty device is not received by the deadline, a charge will be applied to the account.
Device may be de-provisioned based on existing provisioning rules or customer preference.
