Unlimited SMS bundle
Please add a capability to have a unlimited SMS bundle for the account, we are constantly receiving notifications that our SMS is approaching its limit and we cannot afford for the SMS service to be disrupted for our account

This feature is critical. I am losing important conversations with my customers. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. If not, I will have to find a service that keeps messages. On every other platform that I use for messaging and emails, there is no limit. I can't really understand why yours is capped.
