connect the intercom Grandstream to RingCentral
Can you support Grandstream brand intercoms? We need it very much !

I'm using Grandstream GXP2140 IP phones etc and have found it impossible to perform "Direct IP dialing" between phone and ATA, if and only if a RingCentral account is registered to the sending phone. However, another provider (VOIP.MS) imposes no such restriction. Direct IP is my "intercom" methodology and we need that. Google AI tells me RingCentral's system is proprietary and disallows Direct IP dialing.
