Permission individual users to choose their outgoing number for specific calls, from any site in a multisite setup.

I really like this idea and another customer needing the same.
I have a multi-site setup where I have 200 sites (Grocery Stores)
As an area manager based at the head office, I sometimes need to make outbound calls on behalf of a store manager.
I need the ability to use the [main] number for each store when calling a customer back.
