Option to change outbound caller ID before making an outbound call using other line thru a desktop phone
Situation:
I received a call on line 1 using my desktop Polycom phone. I will put that call on hold then on line 2, I will make an outbound call using a different outbound caller ID. Currently the only available that I could use is the number connected to my line not the other direct numbers

The customer is asking if there is an option to display another user’s name when making an outbound call on their behalf.
For example, if extension 101 makes an outbound call using her extension on behalf of extension 102, instead of showing extension 101’s caller ID, can the system display extension 102’s caller ID?
