phone number area code is correct but when the customer calls from his end the location shows a different city on his end it shows Falls Idaho instead of Boise Idaho

The customer is asking if there is an option to display another user’s name when making an outbound call on their behalf.
For example, if extension 101 makes an outbound call using her extension on behalf of extension 102, instead of showing extension 101’s caller ID, can the system display extension 102’s caller ID?
