Busy Light Integration with RingCentral Presence Status
Support for integration between RingCentral presence status and a physical “busy light” device that can be mounted on a wall, desk, or doorway.
Description:
The requested feature would allow RingCentral users status to control an external busy light indicator:
Red light when the user is busy, on a call, or in a meeting
Green light when the user is available
(Optional) Additional colors or states for Do Not Disturb, Away, or Ringing
