Voicemail playback Speakerphone (speaker) icon in my Android (for example) app is not clear whether speaker is on or off.
Speaker icon turns Blue when ON but the speaker icon when OFF is simply a white version of the same icon. It should be a speaker with an X next to it or through it when OFF so it can be better determined if speaker is active.
This is regarding the Android RingCentral app. I don't know how it looks in the IOS app.
