Enable Group SMS Creation on Mobile App
Currently, the option to create a group SMS is only available on the desktop app. The mobile app has limited functionality and does not allow users to initiate group SMS conversations.
We recommend adding the ability to create and manage group SMS threads directly within the mobile app to provide a consistent experience across platforms and improve usability for users who rely on mobile devices.
Benefit:
This enhancement would allow users to conveniently start group conversations on the go, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure feature parity between desktop and mobile platforms.
