we would really like this feature as we have many clients that are spouses and we would like to message them at the same time. it is very inconvenient to have to text them separately.

I am a new Ring Central customer and I came to ring central specifically because they are considered the "leader" in this space.
However, it is really disappointing to see that this basic feature does not exist yet.
it is really inconvenient when a client texts in on a group with multiple people and we can't follow the conversation...
