Call que call back request feature.
We are currently using a call queue in RingEX with the call queue booster options enabled, including announcing the caller’s estimated wait time and offering a callback request.
However, we’ve observed that after the callback option is presented, there is a noticeable silent pause of approximately 5 seconds before the call enters the queue and the hold music begins. This delay appears to be contributing to some callers abandoning the call.
We wanted an ability to remove this 5 second delay.
