Delegates Audio Alert
RingCentral only allows a delegate's phone to physically ring (audio alert) for a maximum of two (2) delegators, for the other 2 delegator, she can only use a visual alert(blinking lights/pop-ups on her phone). It's very important to have an audio alert for all the delegators.
