Disable the "*" Asterisk Command
I am currently trying to verify my account information, but I am unable to proceed because pressing the asterisk (*) key triggers an outbound phone call instead of allowing me to continue the verification process.
Is there a way to disable or change this setting in RingCentral so that the asterisk key can be used for verification without initiating a call? Any guidance on adjusting this configuration would be greatly appreciated.
