Hot Desking – Automatic Logout When User Logs Into Another Device
We are observing an issue with the Hot Desking functionality where the user session does not properly terminate on the original device when logging into a second device.
Current Behavior:
When a user logs in to a second Hot Desking phone, call functionality is disabled on the first device. However, the first phone still displays the user’s information and does not fully log out.
Expected Behavior:
When a user logs in to a second Hot Desking phone, the first device should automatically log out and return to the login screen. This ensures the device is fully released and available for another user.
Impact:
This behavior poses a security concern. Since the first device does not fully log out, unattended phones may allow unauthorized access to call functionality, voicemails, and settings.
