Call Queue Bypass
Calls will bypass ringing a call queue if no one is logged in. It will skip to the next piece in the call flow.

This is critical in those instances where in an unplanned situation, everyone logs out. The call will simply sit there until the max time timeout. It happens frequently and disrupts the customer experience.
