Ability for admins to be able to add non activated users to the co-recipients of the message only extenstion.
Currently, in RingCentral, non-activated users cannot be added as co-recipients to a message-only extension. This creates a limitation where users who are not fully activated are unable to receive voicemails from this mailbox.
Scenario
- A new user is added to the RingCentral system, they are unable to be added to the Co-Recipients as they are not visible to the admin.
Currently this is driving demand into our Service Desk for support due to admins adding a user and not going back to add them as a co-recipient after the user has activated their account.
Allowing the ability to add a user to co-recipients whilst being not activated will allow this to also be added to the Copy & Assign feature which will improve User Experience when adding a new person to the platform.
