Zero Dialing Per Extension when in VM prompt
Wants a feature that allows callers to dial "0" after reaching the voicemail prompt to be routed to an alternative extension or operator.

We would like our users to be able to program who their zero dial goes to when a call is transferred to their VM box, and the user is out of office. Right now, it is a system-wide option, not per extension. If staff have someone covering for them, they should be able to set it up so callers can leave a voicemail with the user who is covering them.
