Compliance Risk: Users Bypassing API via RingCentral FAX UI

As a healthcare organization using RC Fax via API integration as part of a controlled and compliant workflow, our users are still able to send faxes directly from the desktop application, which bypasses our approved API process and creates compliance and audit risk. We are requesting the capability to disable or restrict faxing from the RingCentral client (desktop/app UI), on the account level, while fully preserving fax functionality through our established API integration, so that all outbound fax traffic is enforced through our governed system. Being a compliance related issue, this request is urgent for us. REF: Support Case 31813110

    As a RingCentral partner, we expect this need to become more common across both new implementations and ongoing account support. A control to restrict faxing to API-only workflows is necessary to maintain governance, compliance, and scalability for enterprise deployments.
