Upstream Call Reclaim Capability for Multi-User Ring Settings
Based on the reported behavior and testing performed, RingCentral does not currently support reclaiming an inbound call at the individual user level once the call has been forwarded to RingCentral and is following the configured call routing for users assigned under Ring Settings.
In this scenario, calls are being forwarded from PAM AI to RingCentral. Once RingCentral receives the call, it is handled according to the configured user call handling and routing rules. There is no supported feature or setting that allows an external platform, such as PAM AI, to reclaim the call before it reaches the user's voicemail or plays an announcement.
Testing confirmed that all affected users follow their configured RingCentral call routing as expected. Since there is no mechanism within RingCentral to allow an external application to intercept or reclaim the call during this stage of call processing, this behavior is considered a product limitation rather than a service issue.
The customer was informed that the requested functionality is not currently supported by RingCentral.
